Chamomile Roman - Calming and soothing. Excellent in skin care and gentle enough for children in low doses. Helps calm irritability and anxiety. Gently relaxing and supportive to the nervous system and digestion. May help improve sleep. Brings the sedative, calming effects. This was the best aroma for relaxing Ranjaka Pitta in the pulse. Combats insomnia.
 
Lavender  - Eases stress, anxiety, headaches, restlessness and depression, boosts feelings of relaxation and improves sleep. Activates the crown chakra and creates keen awareness and alertness. It cleanses the meridians, stimulates visions and helps to connect people to their higher self to remove karmic blockages that prevent spiritual progress.
 
Rosemary - Stimulating and revitalizing, helping to clear the mind and invigorate the body. Chest & lungs. Good for boosting circulation and for relieving general aches and pains. Excellent in hair care and useful for toning the skin.
 
Instructions for use: Spray onto fingers and rub on forehead, temples and behind ears for headaches and fevers (avoiding eye area) or spray on neck and chest for congestion. Spray around head (with eyes closed) for deep inhalation. Use as a room and/or body spray.
